ELECTRICAL
ENGINEER

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems and components for wearable technology, VR/AR devices, or other advanced electronics. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software for our neurotechnology products.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for VR/AR devices and other neurotechnology products.

  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and UX designers to ensure compatibility and functionality across systems.

  • Develop circuit designs, PCB layouts, and schematics using industry-standard tools.

  • Conduct simulations and analyze data to optimize performance and reliability of electrical components.

  • Prototype and iterate on hardware designs to meet project specifications and user needs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for electronic devices.

  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the development and testing phases.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in electronics, VR/AR technologies, and neuroengineering.

Who You are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in VR/AR, wearable devices, or similar industries.

  • Proficiency in circuit design and PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, and embedded systems.

  • Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi).

  • Experience with power management and battery-operated devices.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, CE, UL) for electronic devices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with neurotechnology or biosensors.

  • Familiarity with VR/AR hardware development.

  • Understanding of human-machine interface (HMI) design principles.

  • Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques.
